MAKING A BOOKING

• A Deposit of one quarter of the total cost of your holiday must be paid at time of reservation.
• Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
• Hirers must ensure that the numbers of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of berths provided (Baby in arms counts as a person).
• No payments accepted on day of arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date, found on your booking receipt may result in the holiday being deemed as cancelled with the loss of all monies paid.
• After making your booking if any of the information alters please notify the office immediately.
• All prices are subject to VAT if applicable.
• NO REFUNDS once accommodation is booked. Bookings can be credited to another date with a
valid reason for cancelling.
• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund on curtailment of holiday.
• It is advisable to obtain Holiday Insurance.
• Please note all bungalow are adjacent to the park.
• The management reserves the right to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor at their discretion without the entitlement to compensation and, thereupon, Golden Beach Holiday Park nor any company operating or managing the park shall have any liability to the occupants.
• We are a family Holiday Park. NO parties of ALL MALE/ALL FEMALE or any young couples.

CONDITIONS DURING YOUR STAY

• Hirers are to make every endeavour to keep noise to a minimum between hours of 11.00 pm and 08.00am.
• No pets allowed at any time. Registered Assistance Dogs only permitted by prior arrangement.
• No Smoking in any of the Letting Accommodation.
• No ball games allowed on the park or around accommodation.
• All road signs must be observed on the park at all times.
• No tents allowed at anytime.
• No possession or supplying of illegal drugs permitted on the park, in or around accommodation.
• Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns and Firearms, including any Projectile firing device, are not permitted on the park or around accommodation.
• Do not add foreign items to the drainage systems.
• Would guests please refrain from putting out food for the wildlife as this attracts vermin.
• Accommodation must be inspected before vacating.
• All damages and breakages must be reported at Reception and may entail a charge.
• We reserve the right to enter your accommodation under special circumstances or emergencies.
• Cars must not be used for sleeping purposes.
• No commercial vehicles allowed. Motor bikes or scooters considered, but only by prior
arrangement with the management.
• Vehicles parked at owners risk.

THINGS YOU NEED TO BRING

Towels, Bed Linen, Sheets, Duvet Covers and Pillow Cases. There is a Hire Facility from Reception.
Weekly charges are as follows: Cots, Cot Sides & Pushchairs @ £8. Towels x 2 @ £3.
Super King, King & Double Bed Sets @ £4.75, Single Bed Sets @ £3.50.
Wheelchairs @ £35.00 with a £20 refundable Deposit.
All subject to availability. We strong advise you to pre-book any of the hire facilities to avoid disappointment.

ON ARRIVAL

Call in the office to collect the keys with your paperwork for verification.
If you find any defects in the accommodation or its equipment, please report these to the office immediately.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not reported within the first 24 hours of arrival.
There a car parking provision for 2 cars at each bungalow.
